The Sivetz 1.25 pound Fluid-Bed Roaster

It takes about 8 minutes to roast one pound of coffee. During that time, the beans dance in a fountain bed of hot fluid (air), roasting evenly and cleanly. After the desired degree of roast, the beans are dumped into a cooling bin for rapid fresh air cooling.

The result is fresh, aromatic, clean coffee with the roast date stamped on the bag.
